Глутамин (тэмдэглэгээ '''Glu''' эсвэл E) нь уургийн биосинтезд ашиглагддаг α-амин хүчил юм. Түүний гинжиэн хэлхээнд нь глутамины хүчилтэй төстэй, харин карбоксилийн хүчлийн бүлгийг амидоор солино. Үүнийг цэнэггүй саармаг, туйлт амин хүчил гэж ангилдаг.
